The Notice clearly stated that the new photovoltaic power generation construction scale in 2017 was 300 MW. In accordance with the requirements of the National Energy Administration's Guiding Opinions on the Implementation of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for Renewable Energy Development, in addition to priority allocation of photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects, The scale of the open competition allocation is 270 MW, and the allocation method is a comprehensive scoring competition method.
At the same time, applicants are required to register for competition in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for the Competitive Allocation of Common Photovoltaic Power Plant Projects in Guizhou Province (Trial)". The number of projects submitted by the same legal entity is two, and the scale of a single project application does not exceed 30 MW. To apply for the project, the Guizhou Provincial Energy Bureau must agree to carry out the preliminary work documents or have been included in the "2017 Guizhou Provincial Photovoltaic, Agriculture and Forestry Biomass Power Generation Preliminary Work Plan". The applicant must submit relevant application materials before September 22.
